Costs Involved.
	Technical Support Call Out to Location : $95/h up to 2 Hours. Thereafter, $75/h Via Email : $15 per e-mail response. Up to 5 e-mail responses. If not resolved, further e-mail's will not be charged, unless a call-out is required. Via Phone : $15 per 15 minutes up until 1 hour MAX. If not resolved, e-mails will not be charged, however should a call-out be required, that will be charged for. Remote Assistance : If remote assistance has been previously set up, this will be charged at $1 per minute. up to 30 minutes. Thereafter, Call-out may be required. Network Installations Wireless Install : $150 flat rate Cabled Install : FREE Call-Out for initial site inspection and quotation.Install will be charged at $75/h + materials. up until quoted estimated time. Customer will NOT be charged over the quoted amount. Computer Hardware, Software and Peripherals All custom built PC prices include cost of building, and personal delivery to your location (within the greater brisbane area). PC will be setup at your location, and proven to be functional to your satisfaction. All other hardware will incur a $20 delivery fee, or smaller items can be posted via auspost, larger items via DHL. Delivery Fee includes basic setup, such as instaling printer cartridges, plugging in peripherals etc. If required to stay on site for longer than 30 minutes, a call-out fee may be charged. Microsoft Product Training : Covering the basics of Office (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint). this is a 3 hour training session at your location. Cost is $150. Website Design and Hosting A tailor made package will be quoted to suit your needs. prices are gauranteed to be competitive! Rent-a-SysAdmin Why have a junior technician on site, when you can have a senior experienced technician offering an on-call service when you need him! Saves time and money! Costs Involved - There are 4 available options. 24/7 On call. $120/h between 8am - 5pm. $150ph between 5pm - 8am. $3500 per month.
